Lennart is one of the founders of the Herrang Dance Camp , the most comprehensive swing dance camp in the world, having summer classes since 1982. He helped form The Rhythm Hotshots, a premier lindy hop dance company that spirited the revival of swing dancing. The troupe's credits include multiple dance performances, television appearances, musical productions; 1994 Feather Award in Beverly Hills; 1996 Frankie Award in Munich; and the Amateur Night at the Apollo Theatre in Harlem, NY 1992. Lennart is the artistic director for The Harlem Hotshots, who have emerged from the original Rhythm Hotshots. He continues to perform, teach and bring the history of the dance with him all over the world. Most notable workshops include St. Petersburg (Russia), the Ukraine, and Lithuania.
